Very Laine Printed Items, Graphic Tees and Custom Orders

All printed or graphic tee orders are customized and made to order. These orders may take up to 7-12 business days to process and be ready for shipment, no matter which shipping method is chosen. (During the holiday season, and during COVID-19 this may take longer due to high order volume and us waiting longer than usual on inventory shipments).

If you order a non-printed item in addition to a printed item, your ENTIRE order will shipped once the printed item has been completed.

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout!

Orders placed without a discount code CANNOT be modified to add a discount code once the order is already submitted!

If you place an order and do not use your E-gift card, we CANNOT apply that credit afterward.

The following items are all FINAL sale and cannot be returned to our warehouse:Clearance, items with discounts of 30% or more and ALL Very Laine custom printed items. If these items are returned back to us, your order will not qualify for an e-giftcard. If you need to know if your item is custom print or not, please reach out to us at contact@verylaine.com.

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

When making a return, please include the original invoice if you have it and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs!

If approved for a return, an E-gift card will be emailed to the email address on file and applied to your account with us within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to call and pay a $7 return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be returned to our warehouse.

Exchanges:

Due to our limited quantities, high demand of our products and our printing/ordering processes, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. This includes Very Laine custom items as well as stock items. 

Defects or Problems With Your Order?

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our facility at contact@verylaine.com within 3 DAYS after delivery to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of you receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing (or any other items, including jewelry) caused by improper care or handling, wear or incorrect sizing.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns and materials may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted and will receive an e-giftcard sent to the email address we have on file.

We will admit it, sometimes we mess up and we will own our mistakes. If you receive an order that isn’t quite right, please let us know by emailing us at contact@verylaine.com. Please provide pictures if it would help us better help you.


Shipping
To return your product to receive store credit via e-giftcard, you should mail your product to: Very Laine, 411 Watts Rd, Shreveport LA 71106

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your package is returned to sender, you will be responsible to pay a $7 invoice for us to reship your order.

Lost Packages

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will issue you an e-giftcard for the cost of your entire order, not including shipping costs. However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund and/or replace the lost item.
